Packages Agreement
Packages must be paid in full on date of purchase.
Class Package
All training class packages will expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Rescheduling for training class packages requires at least a 72 hour (3 day) notice before the class date you are scheduled for.
Failure to notify us within the specific time will result in a 50% rescheduling fee, meaning the customer will have to pay half of the original class fee to reschedule their class. If the customer does not give 2nd Amendment Guns notice to reschedule and does not show up to the class they are scheduled for (no call/no show), it will result in the termination of their class package & no refund.
Private Packages
All private packages will expire 1 year from the purchase date. Rescheduling for private packages can be done at any time. No Call/No Show.

LIABILITY: The customer will not hold the organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in their membership or any class.
PRIVACY: The organization will not share any contact or personal information about the customer or with other customers, non-members or any third parties.
DURATION: The customer and the organization understand that this agreement is indefinite from the date of signature and on, and would include all future packages purchased for any training services including, but not limited to, educational courses, certifications, competition & range memberships. By accepting this document you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
