PAHRUMP TRAINING
This is the 8 hour in classroom course as required by Nye County Sheriff's Dept.. Range qualification is in addition to classroom time. All Students must complete the entire 8 hours, pass a written exam and shoot the required score on a live fire range to receive the paperwork for Nye County Sheriff's Dept. to apply for your permit. Taking this course and passing does not mean you will get your permit. You must pay Nye County Sheriff's Dept. to get your fingerprints, photograph, and background check. Nye County then has 120 days to process your license.

Basic Pistol I & II - Basic Pistol I & II are courses designed for families new to firearms, brand new shooters, or any person that has no formal training. In these classes you will develop the mindset and mental awareness needed for owning and operating a firearm. You will also learn how to handle the most common variety of handgun actions in a safe and proficient manner. We give you the fundamentals for marksmanship, malfunctions, working from a holster as well as defensive techniques. These classes will provide shooters 8 years and up with the commonsense knowledge needed for operating any pistol while setting a baseline for their journey to maximum proficiency.
Red Dot Class - Our red dot course is designed to provide you with a full understanding of how to operate a red dot sight on any firearm. You will learn how to be proficient with your sighting system while building consistency and marksmanship through the many intensive drills included in the class.
